MI Homes has made a change to the neighborhood Deed Restrictions for Belvedere. As the current Homeowners Association, MI has the right to amend the restrictions. They have inserted language regarding No Build Zones and the handling of landscape elements within them. To read the changed text, please click here. The changes appear to be minor in nature and more liberal than the current text. If you have questions over the interpretation of the changes, please contact MI or your own attorney. |

The Belvedere Homeowner’s Association encourages a variety of activities that support the community in and around Belvedere. The Belvedere Homeowners’ Association has limited funds available to assist with neighborhood events. The requests will be reviewed by the Trustees at the quarterly meetings. Please contact any of the Belvedere Trustees for further information. Belvedere Trustees are listed in the Homeowners Association section of this site. |
