Printing From The Activities View
Here is a tip that can save you some time! The next time you need a hard copy of one of your Appointments, Birthday/Anniversary or To Do entries, you can print them out right from the your "Activities" view screen. To do this you simply "touch" or highlight the entry you want to print and then use the (second & send) keys to print a single To Do, Birthday/Anniversary or Appointment. If you need to print all your To Do entries, you can still do it from the Activities view screen as follows: First highlight by touching one of the entries within the section you want to print. Then touch the the(send icon) and select print. Make your "print:" choice from the pull down menu and touch OK. That's it!
