This practice helps you to feel balanced, centered, and coordinated. It increases your flexibility and energy. We use yoga postures, breath, and meditation to facilitate self-exploration and deep inner relaxation.

You are encouraged to work at your own level. Modifications of all yoga postures are offered to accommodate each student's abilities.

I’ve studied with several teachers including Ganga White and Tracey Rich of White Lotus Foundation, Joseph LaPage of Integrative Yoga Therapy, Rodney Yee, and others. My teaching style is most influenced by the work of Erich Schiffmann and my ongoing daily personal yoga practice. I’ve been studying yoga for 20 years and teaching for 10 years.
