description This class will explore a variety of yoga postures to bring ease and strength to the body/mind, preparing ourselves for a 15-20 minute meditation including both guided and silent practice. We'll do our posture practice slowly and deeply. Students are encouraged to work at their own level.

description yin yoga is a style of hatha yoga that features long holds, of 3-5 minutes, in seated and reclining postures such as forward folds, twists, hip openers, etc.

This practice reaches into the deeper connective tissues, helping to bring elasticity and ease to our bodies. We develop the quality of surrender in asana practice.
