| description | yin yoga is a style of hatha yoga that features long holds, of 3-5 minutes, in seated and reclining postures such as forward folds, twists, hip openers, etc. This practice reaches into the deeper connective tissues, helping to bring elasticity and ease to our bodies. We develop the quality of surrender in asana practice. |
