User privacy is of utmost concern to me, John Jung, Jr. and as such, I've laid out the following policies governing your usage of this site:

• I explicitly identify when I need information from you that may be deemed "personal." For example, usage of My Home Buyers Program will require your email address and other personal information. I do not give any unauthorized personal, inside or outside my organization the authorization to access the information you store in My Home Buyers Program. I hope that, like many of our customers, you will want to provide information about yourself for usage of these services, as they will make our Web site more valuable to you.
• I may, from time to time, ask demographic or personal preference questions. You are never required to answer these questions. This data may be used for analyzing overall site demographics, user preferences and tastes, and similar "getting to know our customers" purposes. I may disclose this data to third parties (such as summary reports for our advertisers), but never with user data or identification assigned to the information provided.
• The choice of how much personal information you choose to disclose to John Jung, Jr. is left completely up to you. But however you choose to interact with our services and site, you have my guarantee of privacy and John Jung, Jr. will never willfully disclose individually identifiable information about its customers to any third party without first receiving that users specific permission.
• I catalog traffic patterns throughout the site, including identifying browser and system data. I gather this data to optimize site conditions for my users. This data, with no personal information, may also be provided to advertisers and potential advertisers so they may better evaluate their advertising options.
• I will occasionally send you email to provide you with information I think you may find useful. Additionally, if you take advantage of any email notification features, you will receive updates as frequently as warranted. Any email you receive from me will contain unsubscribe instructions should you wish to no longer receive email from John Jung, Jr..
• Opting-out: Should you decide you no longer wish to have your personal information stored for purposes of my Home Buyers Program at John Jung, Jr. or usage of specific enhanced products, you should write webmaster@JohnJungJr.com and make us aware of your desire to be removed. As this is presently a manual process, I will remove you at my earliest possible convenience in accordance with your request.
• Security: I ensure the confidentiality and security of information stored in my Home Buyers Program by taking all reasonable and prudent steps necessary to protect your personal information. While no security measure is foolproof, I believe that I have implemented a system that is as safe as today’s technology permits. Since I realize the importance of protecting your privacy, I will continue to evaluate new technologies and make improvements as these technologies become feasible.
