At the Gate: $9.00 per adult $4.00 for ages 6 to 16 (max $26 per family) 5 and under - free Camping: $5 per tent, per night A $3.00 surcharge applies to all adult non-member admissions Camping Fees: The charge of $5 per tent, per night for camping is required by the site owner. Merchant Fees: There is plenty of space under the trees for merchants. For questions contact the Merchant Steward. The site owner requires us to charge $5 per merchant. Feast limited to 60 Gentles $9.00 per adult, pre-registered $11.00 per person at the Gate, if available Kids under 13 half price Lap-sitters free

Activities will include armored combat, rapier tourney, archery and thrown weapons, and classes. Site is wet, however, civil law on public intoxication and open containers prevails, so drink responsibly and put it in a mug or goblet. Ground fires are NOT permitted, only raised firepits - bring your own firewood if you can. Check here for quarantined counties: http://www.ohioagriculture.gov/eab/plnt-eab-regulations.stm. Wood will be provided for the bardic circle. Only COLD water is available on site. We have an air-conditioned feast hall!

Coordinator. About the Site We have a new site this year! We're very excited about it because it has LOTS of trees, a pavilion, and we get to have a Woods Walk for the archery folks. We have lots of space, but everything is closer together and no hills. This is new for the owner, too, so help us create a GREAT first impression. |
