I have been offering keyboard lessons to
children and adults in the Columbus, Ohio metropolitan area since 1965. I have advanced degrees in performance and pedagogy from the Royal Academy
of Music in London, England and The Ohio State University School of Music, and I am
certified with the Ohio Music Teachers Association.
All my students receive a foundation in reading skills, music theory, and performance
techniques that enable them to play the music they like for fun, enjoyment, and
pleasure of their friends and families. They also develop a sense of music appreciation
that comes only with learning how music performance is "made."
Lessons are available on a weekly basis in my studio located on High Street just south of
I-270 and, subject to time availability, in my home or in certain limited locations, in
