ARRL LOGO       Another regular club function is

a breakfast meeting held at the

M&R restaurant on State

Route 309 in Galion.  This is

held on Saturday Mornings

starting at 8:00am.

 ARRL History Club Meetings Field Day
The Crawford County Amateur

Radio Club has been a

member of the Amateur Radio

Relay League since July 17th

of 1973.  We  celebrated our

25th anniversary in July of

1998.

 Club meetings are held from

September through May on the

second Wednesday of the

month.  June is of course field

day.  The September Meeting

is our picnic and boat anchor

auction at the Amick park

South of Galion.  The rest of

the meetings are held at 7pm

at the Galion Public Library in

downtown Galion.

 Our field day is held at the

Crawford County Coon Hunters

club located on  Biddle Road

North of State Route 30

between Crestline and

Bucyrus.  We set up in the

fields at the site and use

generators to power our

radio's and other equipment.

This is open to the public.
The club has held radio license

classes for novice and tech

class on an irregular basis.
CCARC has held exams

sessions in Crawford County

when there has been the need.
